drive into Seymour Street BN2 1DY from the seafront to access Seymour Square BN2 1DW the parking space is the second house to the far right, the space can fit 2 cars including ours so just leave room for access whichever way you park.
Please note you can only enter the space from Seymour Street into Seymour Square do not try and enter from Paston Place BN2 1HA that gate is permanently locked.

The location was great for where we wanted to be and vehicle was secure, the only problem was the fact that we were unable to exit or enter through the secure pedestrian gates and had to walk to the seafront and back up to St George’s Road in strong wind heavy rain
