Amazing space and around 20 minute walk to the Amex. Owner really nice and has popped out both times we have parked. Car is safe and would use again.

Perfect space for visiting the Amex, 20/25 minute walk from the ground means it's far enough away to miss all the traffic around the stadium.

Perfect spot for attending Stanmer Park, not too far of a walk. Was easy to find and I do agree with the other review it's definitely easier to park front way in! Thank you for letting us your drive :)

Thank you to the homeowner. Easy to find (with satnav anyway!) and felt totally safe. It’s my fault for having a large car but I found it slightly awkward to reverse up the slope to the space outside the garage. It helped that there wasn’t another car in the other spot. If you have a biggish car I’d advise driving in front first and parking in the left hand place by the tree. That said, it’s perfectly ok to reverse into the garage spot but simply a bit less convenient, so not a big issue. The location was fine for the Amex. A good 15 minute walk including a pleasant shortcut through the park opposite the pub. I would happily use again if needed. Thanks again to the owner.

Perfect parking for Brighton's Amex stadium. A good size driveway and ideally placed for a speedy getaway after the match. The lady who owns the driveway was very helpful. 100% recommend.

Fair price for an afternoon parking. Easy to find and access, cameras around make it look like a safe place. 20mins walk to the Amex stadium

Excellent space - easy flat access for a sports car - auto outside lights

Great parking space, we were able to park with no issues. The owner was actually unloading her shopping when we arrived so I had a quick chat with her, very friendly and welcoming, also double checked if we knew the way to the stadium. It was roughly a 25 min walk to the Amex stadium, we came across a friendly pub on the way which we stopped to have a quick drink. Would def recommond. One massive pro - getting out of Brighton after the game, back on the M25 was a breeze. Quite a walk to the stadium but def worth it. Will use again next time we're in town!

The property owner was very helpful and the site is secure. The site location is also a great for getting away after a match. I have only marked the score down as the time taken on foot to get to the Brighton Amec Stadium is listed at 10 minutes its actually nearer to 30 minutes and this may not be good for anyone who is not fit and well.
