More like 30 minute walk to the ground

Super space - 20 mins from Amex , easy obvious walk and friendly location, just off main access so back to maidenhead in 75 mins. We got the last space of 3 available and wasn't deep enough really for my 7 series but didn't block pavement too much and host very understanding- would definitely recommend and return.

Great space. Highly recommend it. You just have to be careful, the curb is there (so don't use a lowered car) and road is busy with parked cars, so manoeuvres could be tricky. But no problems at all. Spoke to the host who was super friendly and gave us directions to the Amex. 20-25 min walk. Will book again. And what a score today ;-)

We booked the parking so we could be in walking distance to attend a Brighton game at The AMEX. Rather than being given a space on the driveway shown in the picture, we were given a permit to park on the street and told to find ourselves a space closeby. Anyone who has been to a Brighton home game would know this is madness - almost impossible to find a parking space in my view, especially in the dark, heavy rain, and for someone not from the area . The local area is jam packed on match days with minimal space anywhere. Fortunately, I knew that the house owner had a car parked on the street and I asked him to move his car so we could have that space. This really shouldn't have been necessary though. Not impressed on this occasion.

Very nice people

Quite pricey but good for access to the Amex. The brickwork of the front drive is loose and sticks up - needs some maintenance which hopefully the parking fees can help with.
