Parked here overnight and it felt nice and secure, especially with flats overlooking it. I have a Mazda 3 and fit easily, it is very tight getting into the parking area though. I would happily park here again.

Although the parking space fitted the vehicle. It didn't allow for cars either side.
To get out of the car it took careful manoeuvring and I only just got out and found this really uncomfortable.
My car is a Fiat 500 X so it's a relatively small car, anything bigger and you would be stuck and would have to find somewhere else to park, hence the warning when booking this space.
Although, I did feel that my car was safe during the time staying in Brighton.
So if your car is tiny and you are tiny then this is the parking spot for you!

Parking was good, it was only a 10 minute walk to your hotel. The only thing was it was quite hard to find.

Parking space was reeeally narrow, esp. the access lane, but by chance our car (Seat Leon) exactly matched. Make sure everone knows width and height redstrictions! JustPark service worked flawlessly.
