This parking is a very hard hike to Brighton football club. It's an extremely steep hill to walk up before descending to Brighton fc and then obviously the same coming back. I'm relatively fit and found it hard going. I did find a different way back, which was far less of a hike, but it was a longer walk back! I don't think I'd use it again.

Easy to find and plenty of empty spaces.
About 30 minutes walk to Amex, but couple of steep hills to climb.
We followed apple maps to walk to ground, it tried to take us through a muddy wood in the pitch black, the easiest walk seemed to be along Lucraft road and through the Aldridge Cricket Academy.
Walk back was about 45 Mins due to bottle necking near the station.
