Hello,
Some people may not be aware, but parking in Brighton is extremely prohibitive. If you are lucky enough to find a rare space, it is very expensive and you are limited to the length of time you can park for (maximum 3 hours in most places).
A single bus ticket from our property into Brighton is under £3.
We are offering spaces within our private, front driveway & garden.
The garden is almost entirely walled.
Located literally a minutes' walk from the nearest bus stop which is frequented by many buses heading either West towards Brighton (only a 10 minute journey) or East heading in the direction of Eastbourne.
SPECIAL OFFER:
We can offer to wash and/or valet any car using a space.
(but please contact in advance for availability & prices).
We previously operated a hand carwash in nearby Peacehaven, so you know you'll be in good hands.
SORN:
We are also ideally suited for any vehicle owners who wish to register their vehicle with a SORN (statutory off-road notice). If you wish to keep your vehicle, but don't have somewhere to store it and aren't using it for an extended period, you can store it here, and just register it as off the road (a SORN). The law states that if you keep any vehicle on a public road, whether you're using it or not, you still have to pay insurance, tax and MOT! Park it here and save all those expenses!
For weekly bookings, at no extra cost, we offer to start your vehicle once a week to insure against a flat battery due to the lack of use of the vehicle.

This was a brilliant place to park and I felt very happy leaving my car there for the whole weekend. We were staying in Brighton so chose to do the fabulous undercliff walk there having first dropped our bags at our accommodation. Buses are readily available too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Parking space was easy to find and there was plenty of room. There is a bus stop right outside to get into Brighton, so I felt this was a much safer and cheaper option for me to park overnight than in the city centre, will definitely use this spot again next time I'm in the area.
