Residential driveway in a safe, quiet cul de sac. Very convenient for the Royal Sussex County Hospital which is just 4 minutes' walk away. Also, a great spot if you're visiting Brighton as a tourist - we are less than 10 minutes walk from Kemptown and the beach and around 20 minutes walk from the Pier, Royal Pavilion, Lanes etc. Also not far from the Racecourse and the Marina. We are up a steep hill directly behind the hospital but if you don't want to walk, the 37/37B bus comes up the hill to the end of the close every half an hour.

This is not the owners fault, but when we needed to leave we found someone had parked over the drive. It was difficult to get out without driving over the neighbours drive.

Good space on a sloping driveway, on the left as you enter the close which is at the top off a very steep hill. Going down is ok but coming up is hard work especially if you are unfit or have breathing difficulties! I took my time and stopped when necessary - the views are worth the effort. I would definitely park here again.

All good, no problems. It's up the top of a big really steep hill, but you can get the bus back up there if you don't fancy the climb lol. The owners were quick to respond to messages too.

Good space, no complaints. Bear in mind that it is a bit quicker to walk to town than it is to walk back, as to town is all dokwnhil, whereas back from town is all uphill.
