The space is really central being only a few minutes from Western Road, Churchill Square and opposite the sea. Access from corner of Bedford Sq as the car park is in front of 146/147/148 Kings Rd and next to The Mercure Hotel. The spaces are looked after by a local security company and tickets are issued for non-valid parking. Local meters charge £8.80 for 2 hours. Car parks are from £4 per hour (as at Jan 23).
The space is on the left hand side (nearest sea) from the entrance and it's the 5th space in from the entrance. It is clearly marked as 10 on the wall.

Please ensure that you only park in that space otherwise you may get a ticket. There are pictures and a map available once you've booked.

Right next door to where I was going, easy to find and get in to.

Bit tricky finding the actual parking lot - the only directions were to the space but not the lot or building itself. It looks like a hotel parking lot, and it was cordoned off so didn't find it straight away. Once we figured it out, we found the space easily.

Best spot I've found for parking in Brighton, literally seconds away from the sea. Easy to locate via navigation and instructions given on ad. Will definitely be booking this space again. 10/10

This was a gem of a parking space. Very easy to find, incredibly central to Brighton's main attractions and a doddle to actually park in the space. All the instructions were clear and precise and everything was exactly as described.
I would definitely park here again.
