Parking on Exeter Street, BN1

The location instructions and best way to park were extremely useful but you do need to be good at reversing.

This space was amazing for our car, the location was great too. Close to Hove pier and a short 15 mins to Brighton Pier. The owner of the property was great, he gave us details to Brighton and was really helpful with the space too. Would definitely recommend and use again. The space for the car is great, but if you have a large car it might take some navigating to get into the space. Thank you for all you help on the day

The Parking was safe. But the approach to the parking was pretty difficult and narrow. Cars parked and a sharp turn. Definitely not for large SUVs. Small car with good driving skills you should be fine.

The parking place was down two very narrow access roads with cars parked and workmen operating. I didn’t stay because I felt I could easily get blocked in

Very tight spot to get into, would recommend reversing into because reversing out will be trickier

Awful! so, thankfull 2 guys from the corner building in some kind of garage/shop helped me to get out. I was completely stuck! bins and cars all the way down the tiny driveway, apparently people who have parked there cars there have to pull in to the left around the bend, then reverse in to the cornor but there was a car and bins, even if i had the amount of peoole that must hit there cars on the wall trying to turn out as there was marks all over ot! i have a kia sportage, so nothing big! i was late for a school trip at Preston manor, after finally getting out that driveway, so rushed to get parking at Preston manor, paid £6 for 4 hours, and was actually cheaper. I called just park soon as i got the chance and told them, even said I'll show them my payment for more parking. but they said they need to call the owners and get back to me asap. That was a week ago! so I'm not happy that i have now paid just over £13 for a few hours !
