Parking on Dyke Road, BN1

Hi. I was unable to fit my van into the space because of the close proximity of 2 other vehicles. There was also a fixed bollard which prevented me from being able to straighten my vehicle sufficiently to allow me to reverse in a straight line to the alloted car parking space. I hope my observations allow others who are looking to book this space take into consideration the space limitations. For smaller vehicles this is an ideal and safe space which I would highly recommend.

Clarity of where to find the space. The photos helped so knew which space. It was quite narrow to reverse into and park alongside a wall and then get out, but manageable. Standard sized hatch back. Good value for area.

Really helpful when we needed directions

Initially unsure where it was but found it quite easily, nice and secure and worked out well for us.

this was a great location and easy to find, double length but I found it a bit of a squeeze width ways, all the same I would use again.

Will definitely park here again. Easy to find and felt the car was secure. Thank you.

Arrived to find a large van parked in the allocated space - had to call owner and - happily after some delay was able to park in his brothers adjacent space. Had to come back later to move the car into the correct space. not as easy as usual...

Great central location and excellent value for money. I will say it's quite a snug space to get into when another car is in the parking space adjacent and getting out of my car was difficult for this same reason resulting in needing to climb out of the passenger door (I wouldn't recommend parking here if you have any mobility issues - which I don't so was fine for me but just one to be aware of).

Hassle free and a nice message from the owner afterwards :)
