The spaces is ideally for medium sized cars such as a Ford Focus. It can fit a SUV but may difficult to manoeuvre if your not confident with parking. Note this a middle row parking space which can be tight when the car park is full with other big cars
The best method is to reverse park into the space due to the small area
This space is tucked away behind a block of flats and has easy access from the side of the building
There is a bus stop nearby that will take directly to Brighton Station and the City Centre
Walking distances to key parts of the city:
- 5 minute walk to Seven Dials
- 13 minutes walk to Brighton Station
- 15 minutes walk to Preston Park
- 20 minutes walk to Churchill Square

Location felt safe & discrete tucked in behind the main buildings. Google maps took me straight to the location. Space was a little tight but I was easily able to reverse park a VW Golf Plus into the space.
We were staying near the pier, which a just under a 30min walk away.
Would definitely use again if in the area

Fantastic! I will definitely use this space again if I'm ever back in Brighton. 1 minute walk to the bus stop into town, and on the way back the bus stop is literally across the road.
The turning was initially tricky to find (and road is very busy). I saw on the wall a sign for 148 and for two buildings, so drove to the next one thinking it would be 144 but think it was 140, so had to turn left at the lights and turn back round and drove into 148 hoping for the best!
Luckily found it and no issues at all.
Space/area is as described (a little tight) but as recommended I reversed (but very carefully - this is a drop behind the space!!)
Felt a safe place to leave my car.

Unfortunately upon arrival someone was already in the space, however this was easily rectified. Convenient space only about 15 min walk to seafront.!
