1 space located on Dyke Road in Brighton. Entrance says Prestonville court but Cadogan court is the smaller building in the front and the space is on your left no. 3 as you drive in. The space is big enough to fit medium vehicles. Cannot accommodate vans or big cars as the spaces are too close together. 8 minute walk to Brighton Station. 15 mins walk to centre of Town. Opposite a Co-Op if you need to do some shopping.

When I got to this space there was a car already there and when I tried to call the space owner I got no reply.
This would've been a lovely/ ideal place to park so it was a real shame.

Big enough space, nice quiet area. I would recommend and use again.
Google maps sent me to the wrong entry way, so do be aware if using Google maps. However, this time I knew exactly where I was going as I had booked a different space here before.

Well we didn't get to even use the space as there was another car parked. We waited until they call back. They said that it was already booked. In the meantime, I got charged and I'm still waiting for the refund. Not good.

Cadogan Court is not seen from the road but very helpful owner directed us to it. Look for Pembrokeshire Court and Cadogan Court is on LHS as enter. No 7 bus into town. Will be using again
