Brighton Square Car Park

Absolutely rubbish directions to get to it so had to park elsewhere as we couldn’t find it. Was in 2 minds to book it as had read other people’s reviews about its location, but as I’ve travelled around the world we thought hey, how hard can it be to find?! Turns out it’s very difficult when you’re navigating Brightons council’s road regulations on one way streets and pedestrian only roads etc. AVOID

The directions were terrible and my wife was unable to find the car park so had to pay again to park in a ccar park she could find. The car park is most definitely not 'just after the restaurant donatello' as the directions state.

It took us a while to find the car park, but when we did it was very close to where we needed to be.

I never got to use the space due to unforeseen circumstances, I find it unsuitable that I couldn't defer the reservation, I understand the conditions regarding cancellation and will use the service again, but a deferment option would help relieve my feelings on wasted money, especially given these financially tough times. The car park was very full. Cars were parked outside of marked spaces, making manoeuvring in and out really difficult. Also, access was super tricky with blocked roads.

The parking is difficult to find

Arrived on time and there were no spaces available. Also other people waiting who had also pre paid. I would like a full refund asap

Great spot but be careful where you park. There are pigeons nesting above cars. We had to vallet car after parking there!

It was quite difficult to find even with the postcode. After driving around the centre for a while we ended up having to park in another car park so we could find out where we were. When we got into the car park at first there were no spaces available as a workman had parked in one of the bays and was then quite rude. When we left early due to an illness another car pulled into the car park and was waiting for a space. If we hadn’t left early they would have been waiting a long time. Tried to get in touch but was not able to get a signal. Given how much you are charging the management of the spaces was not very good. I understand that parking in the centre of Brighton is at premium but you should not have people waiting for spaces when you state that you have guaranteed spaces available.

Knowing that the car was in a secure parking area made our stay more enjoyable. We did have difficulty getting to the car park but that was because the Brighton Marathon was on when we arrived and the roads were closed so we had to park in one of the NCP car parks for 3 hours. There were leaks from the sprinkler system which did cause some concerns but the car was fine
