Unfortunately couldn't access the space due to road closures. Followed both JustPark's navigation and the written directions on the booking and couldn't find a way to access. No contact number available either

Bit expensive

Gate and app were not working, we had to wait for someone to leave or enter before we could gain access. We were using the ref number as the code and also tried the open barrier button on the keypad and neither worked. Out of hours phone number did nor get any response.

The pin provided didn't work and in addition the automatic doors down to the underground car park weren't working properly and we got stranded inside with no other way of being able to exit. After half an hour, a very kind local man helped us as he had access through a residents building and we managed to escape but without him we could have been there for much longer. Also very tight spaces so if you have a big car, think again. Very disappointing experience.
