Car Park was full on arrival. No number to contact Just Park

I had to change cars and the process was smooth and the refund provided quickly and efficiently

Spaces a bit tight if you had a bigger car!

We arrived to find the carpark was full and that no space had been reserved for us. Ended up having to go and park in the Churchill Square shopping centre where there was thankfully space available but it made us very late for our appointment. Currently trying to work out how to get refunded. Have kept new parking ticket as evidence

Parking was easy to find and spaces available. 24 hour price at the parking was £5 cheaper than what I paid for the same period

Getting in and out was a dream, spaces are a bit tight but adequate. Will use again when needed. Price was a bit steep but it is the same all over central Brighton.

I unfortunately didn't look closely enough at the exact car park name. I asked to book at church street car park, but somehow it booked North Street car park, so I in effect paid twice for a car park space. It was my fault for not double checking, but it is not as easy to use the app as I thought it would be. My first time, so I know better now.

Great parking space within walking distance to the lanes. You can go in and out of the car park which was really handy.

Quick and easy, no hassle with paying on the day, will use again if needed.
