I got a PCN for parking here even though I paid through just park

The big problem was peace of mind. Basically I paid for 3 hours, which is the maximum you said in the app was possible. However, in the Carpark there was a sign for 2 hours Max, which meant I was worried. I tried contacting you to double check but there was not way to do it. I tried calling before 6 pm and your lines were closed. The AI chat didn't know what to answer.

We needed parking for an event in Brighton so used this company. Unfortunately we could only book 3 hrs and really needed 4. Although it said you could book extra once your time had expired it wasn’t guaranteed. We really didn’t want to leave our event early to get back to the car or risk a fine.
So in the end we paid but never used the parking. But it was belt and braces just incase we could not get off road parking.
But the process of booking and the £5 fee was all excellent and I would use it again
