Off road parking space in a safe and desirable area, ideally located approximately a 10 minute walk from both Westbourne village and Alum Chine beach.
The space is generously sized so would be suitable for larger vehicles and benefits from security lighting.
A great option for beach visitors, local stays, or anyone wanting hassle free parking close to Westbourne’s shops, restaurants and the seafront. During the summer months, parking in the area becomes extremely limited with spaces often filling quickly making this a convenient alternative to searching for busy on street or public parking.

A spacious drive with friendly helpful owner. About a 5 min walk from Bournemouth's beautiful sandy Branksome Dene beach! A footpath (with steps) takes you straight down to the beach which has a shop, loos and sup/surf rental. Many people walk down steps with stand up paddle boards etc.
2 spaces available on standard bookings but up to 5 is possible in a group booking (if you want more than 2 spaces book both and get in touch in advance)
During summer weekends all parking spaces for Bournemouth beaches are gone. As an example, on Sunday 18th July 2021, the car parks were full by 8.15am. People often queued for parking for well over an hour (or just gave up). 1300 parking fines were issued in one day!!!!
The steps are not suitable for the frail. Buggies/beach carts can be walked the 12 min route down an access road to the beach. But if you have heavy kit you could drive it down (3 mins by road) and drop it at the beach and then just nip back up to park the car.
If you want a meal you can walk 10 mins along the beach to Branksome Chine (takeaway chips etc, restaurant and bar) or the other way to Alum Chine (restaurant). Alum Chine also has a great kids play area.
In just under 30 mins you can walk to Bournemouth Pier along a nice smooth promenade and then get to loads of shops, pubs, restaurants etc. But it is crazy busy there in peak season.
Note: On low season and wet days the official car park at Branksome Dene will likely have spaces (no point you paying here if you can park there).

One space located on Maxwell Road in Poole. The space is suitable for vehicles up to the size of a Large - (4x4). At this location there is CCTV, Security Lighting, Disabled Access and Electric Charging available on request at £50 for the day. Phone my mobile and I will arrange for you.
The space is available 24 hours on all days. You can enter/exit this location multiple times throughout the duration of your booking.
If you need to charge then text me and I will switch in inside for you. The charger is a type 2 untethered and you will need to bring your own charger to access. The charger trickle charges at 8-11mph and if the boost is pressed it will increase to 27mph so will do a fully empty 300 mile battery in 10 hours.
The space is monitored by CCTV and also has support for a Ring doorbell which also tracks drivers arrival and departure as well as providing voice calling to the owner if there are any issues.
The pricing is based on local pricing for a standard car park, as well as allowing you full empty battery charging.
Canford Cliffs beach is 90 seconds walk through the trees at the end of the road and Sandbanks beach and parking is approx 10 mins walk along the promenade.

We offer two spacious parking spaces on Beaulieu Road, Bournemouth, suitable for medium-sized vehicles.
Located around 5 minutes walk from Alum Chine Beach, with three different routes to choose from.
Studland Road is the quickest option and ideal for buggies or easier accessibility.
You can also head under the bridge for a peaceful woodland walk with steps, or over the bridge to enjoy a beautiful sea viewpoint before walking down through the Tropical Gardens. Each route offers a different perspective, with Studland Road being the fastest.
For a great coffee or seaside drink, we recommend Rockwater, around a 20-minute walk along the promenade.
Alum Chine is perfect for families and dog walkers, with a lovely natural park right by the Alum Beach Hut restaurant/cafe and a nearby dog-friendly beach.
