We offer two spacious parking spaces on Beaulieu Road, Bournemouth, suitable for medium-sized vehicles.
Located around 5 minutes walk from Alum Chine Beach, with three different routes to choose from.
Studland Road is the quickest option and ideal for buggies or easier accessibility.
You can also head under the bridge for a peaceful woodland walk with steps, or over the bridge to enjoy a beautiful sea viewpoint before walking down through the Tropical Gardens. Each route offers a different perspective, with Studland Road being the fastest.
For a great coffee or seaside drink, we recommend Rockwater, around a 20-minute walk along the promenade.

Excellent location for the beach as right by the path down to Alum Chine. Easy alternative walk along Studland Road if you want to avoid steps.

We've Airbnb'd around this area before so know it's as safe as anything can be and close to the beach!
We have a big car and just got it on the drive to not annoy pavement people so we would definitely park here again if we drive there and back rather than stay overnight.
