I arrived around an hour after my start time & another car was parked in the allocated spot. I tried to contact the owner but had no luck! I parked it in the spot next to the allocated one and made the owner aware. They were fine with this. Would recommend this space! It's roomy and down a cul-de-sac so slightly hidden away! I will definitely park here again if I return to Birmingham!

Arrived at the parking spot and there was a black Audi in the parking spot I had paid for, the gentleman at number 3 was outside and said that the car had been there for weeks luckily for me he was nice enough to let me park in his parking space as it was not being used at the time which saved me a lot of hassle with finding a new parking space before the football match, would've been nice if the owner of the parking spot I had paid for could've let me know it wasn't available for use before hand, definitely won't be using this parking space again

Couldn’t use the space we booked as there was already a car in the space luckily the neighbours let us use there space. But on a plus note the spaces are large enough for 16 seater minibus.
