Good spot

Parking spot was easy to find , identifiable by two Yellow road cones in fro t of the drive.

We found the space easily and was as described. Nice easy walk to the stadium. The owner was very helpful when we were leaving as someone had parked behind us blocking our exit!

A number of positives, such as close to the football ground and a number of places to eat & drink, easy to find and wide enough to take all cars. On the down side is that there is no drop kerb to get on the driveway. Also if using for football match, either have drink/snack after game, or leave early as it takes a very long time for traffic to move.

Was blocked in , 4 cars were parked on the drive so had no choice but to wait for others parking to return before I could get out. I was not advised I would be blocked in , I suspect on football days the owner fills the drive ...

Space was good but had to double park other cars so they had to wait until we returned to leave

Easy to find, plenty of space, curb isn't dropped so you need to ride the curb to get on to the space.

I was reversed into a boxed in space and expected to drive across a neighbours driveway to retrieve my car, despite assurances that the neighbour wouldn't return - I wasn't prepared to take the risk.

Not sure what the pin is about, just parked up and walked to villa park about a 5/10 min walk getting away after the game was pretty easy to, will use again.
