AVOID!!! The parking space would be fine if you were guaranteed to access it. Over the past week with the European Athletics Championships taking place the owner has doubled booked the space and then advised those unlucky enough to not get there first to park in a visitor space near the same address or park "in front of his house" on a public highway.

Quiet designated spot away from passing traffic but still close enough to main routes for access. Great spot if you are going to Alexander Stadium and don't want to get caught up in the traffic jam of the car park.
