Parking space on Sherborne Street, B16

Nicola sent a message straight away with parking details and then on the day another message. Carpark was easy to find and the hand over of the fob was seamless. Nicola walked us to the end of the road to show us how to get to our destination Will definitely use again.

Nicola is a lovely space owner and was very polite to us and welcoming, she made sure we knew she was available if at all we needed anything and was very flexible as we arrived late due to traffic. Area was secure, I had no worries about my car while I enjoyed the concert. I will definitely park my car here again when next in Birmingham city center. Thank you so much Nicola

Good space in canal area

If you're looking to visit the Utilita Arena or its surrounding area, then this location is perfect. Nicola was wonderful on the day of our visit and her communication was great. The parking was nice and secure and access to and from it was very easy. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent parking spot next to Brindleyplace, Canalside, the Sea Life Centre and the Utilita Arena (NIA). Secure underground car park. Could not recommend highly enough!

Great place to park for the Symphony Hall.The owner was really helpful sorting out access to the secure parking araa meeting us before and after the show we attended

Nicola host was great car parking as expected

I had instructions to contact the property to gain entrance to the car park. I used the door communication to call the apartment number, which was not answered. However, the door to the garage opened and we were able to drive in. When we found the correct number of the parking space, we discovered that there was already a car in it! I tried to ring the number listed and once again got an answering machine. We then discovered that we were unable to get out of the car park and had to wait for someone to activate the fob as they arrived to park. My granddaughters who are 8 and 6, were very scared about being locked in a dark car park.

Excellent all round. Perfect location for Symphony Hall, excellent communication.

The space was perfect for a visit to see ELO at the Utilita Arena. Short walk and avoid matted queues from all the multi stories! Kept in touch with Nicola with our ETA (traffic especially bad) and she was understanding with us arriving 20mins later than expected. Simple, straightforward, and a nice secure parking space. Will defo book with Nicola again for any future gig/event parking.
