Arena Birmingham, South Car Park

I was unable to go to the concert that I had originally got the parking for, as I had an emergency operation that afternoon. The person I spoke to was wonderful and they refunded me right away. Thank you so much. I'll definitely use you guys next time, let's I hope I make the next one and no more last minute surgeries!

So I tried to extend my stay with just park but it wouldn’t allow me to on the app. So I called them and they advised it was fully booked and there was another booking after mine for 11pm. Got there last night for the event level 13 I was on.. got back for the event and level 13 was nearly completely empty. Must of been 8 cars in total for 30/40 spaces available maybe more. I paid £23 for that space. So why I couldn’t extend? I had to miss 30 mins of my event. Reply to your reply. No there couldn’t of been that many bookings but literally and empty car park for an event, there was 2 empty levels

Easy app to use. Easy to find the car park right next to the stadium. Would use again.

I was charged lot more than what I would have paid through utility arena's own website (park hockey).

I am shocked that to rebook for 6 hours you charged me £21 and I could have paid £10 without booking . Shocking service the worst . Will never use you again

Straightforward, easy to book

I didn't park in a certain parking space I just parked anywhere, not sure if that was right or wrong but found a space parked.

Easy to get to and out of and so handy being adjoined to the venue.
