It was pretty easy to navigate the site and pay for parking, but the qr codes sent was not needed at the car park, which was confusing. Coupled with the fact that the photo of the car park entrance sent with the confirmation was a view that was impossible to access via the road (you had to go in via a different road) it had me doubting that we had left our car in the correct car park. When the barrier automatically lifted as we approached I assumed the number plate recognition had passed us through based on my payment…but it was all rather unclear.
