Staff are there to get you into the car park but don't let you turn around so you are facing the correct way to come out at the end of the match and no staff at the end of the match to sort the traffic so took 1 hr 15 mins to exit the carpark

So expensive since you took over …. From £10 to 17.89 with booking fee! Too much for match day parking, I’ll be finding somewhere else!

Staff were courteous and helpful

Easy to use and find, and about 15 minutes walk to the stadium.

When i booked last week I was charged a booking fee of £3.99 on top of my £16, parking charge. I complained about the booking charge, and was told that Justpark, always charged this. This week, the same parking has gone down to £1.89. I'm afraid I see it as a con.

Had to queue for longer than normal because people who couldn’t show their confirmation email were stopped entering the car park. There was only one queue and this prevented everyone getting in who had the confirmation email. Two queues are needed or better technology for the operatives to check number plates.

Getting out of the car park, was not good...it became a mad free for all, (with cars cutting in front of others or other literally bullying their way through) Could easily have had punch ups, with the level of aggression, lack of patience and lack of guidance by Car Park staff.... NOT VERY IMPRESSED HAVING SPENT £20 to Park @ 'Y' INTERNATIONAL CAR PARK.

Booking fees are a joke!! Parking has increased in cost by 30% with the fees.
