The car parking lot is at the very end of Princip Street where it intersects with Newtown Row (B4414/A34). Next to old Turner Tools factory's now sold black gable end wall. It is a private enclosed land off street with room for 11 cars. Permission to park is enforced by private contractors so the space you book will always be reserved there for you and for you only. I know this site's called parkatmy"House" but there isn't a house, rather confusingly the site gives a property number even thou one doesn't exist. When you book you will be provided with my contact details so you are welcome to text or call if you need some directions.

Perfectly as described, plot of land at the end of the road. I park here daily and walk to work in the colmore district and it's good for that. It's 10 minutes walk to the train station (snow hill). Parking would be easier if the spaces were against the wall instead of the fence, but it's fine. You do have to walk past some dodgy homeless shelters with people sat outside but they are no bother. There is no security, but its next to a main road and my car has these fancy things called locks and insurance... So its no different to parking on the street anywhere.

The parking is adequate but I didn't like the area and didn't feel my car was that safe there. Good value for money,in hindsight.

Great place to park your car. A quick trip to Birmingham without having to pay a fortune on parking. Will defo use again if I ever come back up to Birmingham.
