I had a hospital appointment scheduled and parking at the location is always hit or miss, so I decided to try JustPark.
The app was extremely easy to navigate. Within a few minutes, I found a suitable parking space close to the hospital, and the booking and payment process took less than five minutes in total.
On the day, everything worked exactly as described. I parked on the driveway, left for my appointment, and returned to my car without any issues.
It was also reassuring to know the property had CCTV covering the vehicle while I was away.
Overall, a very smooth and stress-free experience. I would definitely use JustPark again.

Total disaster. Turned up and no space for my car. Not ideal when you have a hospital appointment and are under time pressures.
Tried to call the space owner twice and no reply- went straight to voicemail. Eventually managed to park on a nearby road and arrange for a refund.
Won't be using again.
