Shambolic! Used the JustParking at the Alexandra Stadium in Birmingham for the UK Athletic Championships. Entry was poor, not helped by the fact that the vehicle number plate recognition didn't recognise numerous vehicles which had pre-booked, slowing things up even more. Exit was shockingly organised. There was no management of exit channels and it became a free for all until it was suggested to the staff by annoyed users that they actually did something to make exit fair and controlled. To be fair to the (three) staff on duty on the actual park that was being used, they were very young and had clearly been given no guidance. I will say that one young lady who when she was advised of the issues did show excellent initiative and try to improve the situation. The gentleman who was supposedly in charge (in an orange vest as opposed to the yellow!) was positioned at the very final exit point and so was avoiding all the chaos. I did point out to him that there was a young lady who was taking a lot of flack but dealing with things admirably who needed some support! The worrying thing was that the event was no where near capacity which gives concern for future events, eg. European Athletic Championships!

Access very difficult to the playing field car park for the number of cars visiting the Athletics Stadium. From the turn off the main road, very narrow street with parked cars. On arrival only one entry access to park and arriving at noon found ourselves parked almost a mile from the Stadium. At the end of the meeting - Worst still, because of only one exit it took almost an hour to reach the main road limited also by the traffic lights onto the main road. Would not recommend the parking. As a positive- it was well signposted!

Needed more traffic management coming out of the park as one great big log jam was created very quickly. Staff were friendly and polite
