Easy to find, short walk from edgbaston cricket ground but still far enough away to avoid a lot of the traffic after the game. Owner very polite.

Easy parking, but you could be blocked in by other cars so may have to wait to be let out. Only affected us by a couple of minutes so not a problem. 10-15 mins walk to the cricket and no traffic jams to drive out of the city.

Very friendly owner. However, you do need to be very specific about when you want to leave. If there are four cars on the drive then three are blocked in.
