Parking on Minivet Drive, B12

This was my first booking with JustPark. It was very simple and straightforward, with maps prices and directions given in easy to understand language. The payment was taken by card and the booking confirmed in moments. I contacted the space provider via the site and had a reply within minutes. This was a really professional experience and one I'm sure I'll repeat soon!

The three parking spaces outside the house were already full, so we had to park on the street

There was no where to park on the driveway so we had to park elsewhere. We also did not feel comfortable leaving the car.

We arrived later than planned due to traffic in the way. However this spot was great easy to find easy to use and very easy to get back on the road after the event. Gates made it feel safe. Big enough space for large vehicles. Will defiantly use again.

It felt odd, very cramped to get into the space, rundown street, house looked vacant. It was near the cricket ground, which met our needs. Wouldn't feel safe if a single female travelling alone

My only comment is we had to park and block the owner’s car and it was unclear if that was ok

When I arrived at the space there was already a car parked on the driveway. I called the owner - no answer. I texted them - no answer. We'd driven for 2 hours to get there for an event at the Commonwealth Games and were left with nowhere to park. Appalling.

This person hired out their single drive space multiple times on the same day, so that others were unable to park on it and had to leave their cars nearby. Poor form.

No space in the address, had to go elsewhere
