The owners car was on the driveand they didn't answer the door or the phone. fortunately plenty of street parking in the area.

Do not park here. The parking space owner explained to me that she has tried for a while for Just Park to remove her off the system since she doesn't want to be associated with them anymore due to lack of payment. She said she has tried everything but could not find a solution so in future do not book this space to park.

easy walk to Villa Park, and easy close exit towards M6

The space was occupied when we arrived, however, the owner quickly sorted out the problem. It's about 20-25 minutes walk to Away End at Villa Park. There is easy and quick getaway to motorway network.

Another car parked there. Knocked on the door but got no answer. Took photos so I could claim my money back.
If you want to park in this area there is no need to book a place on this drive anyway.
Absolutely loads of free, safe street parking, even up to 1 hour before a villa game. DO NOT use this space!

Great parking space for the football very easy access out on to the motorway. No queuing. I've a Ford Kuga and my car fitted fine. Would park there again and would recommend

The space is perfect for villa park. Not too close, about a 10 minute walk, so you avoid all the traffic chaos after the game when parking too near to the ground.
We had a medium sized car which just got in nicely, with a large car you'd struggle .
