similar to the other reviews the only downside is the location is dimly lit and it can feel uncomfortable leaving your vehicle there...
... that said! nothing happened and the other reviews would indicate no issue!
I would suggest safe location, despite appearances!

Parking for BIMM College in Digbeth.
Easy to use system to find parking in an area I do not really know very well.
The cost of the parking was cheap.
