This spacious driveway accommodates vehicles of all sizes, from cars to vans, situated outside our church office in a cul-de-sac close to main roads and bus stops. Conveniently located just over a mile from the vibrant city centre, it provides easy access to popular attractions like the Utilita Arena (0.5 miles), Brindley Place (0.7miles), Birmingham Central Library (0.8 miles), The International Convention Centre and Symphony Hall (0.8miles) and Birmingham Town Hall (1.1miles).
On arrival you would need to remove a bollard which uses a combination padlock. This gives access to a space 2.6m wide and 6.5m long. If you needed 2 spaces then the second bollard could be removed as well giving a total width of 4m.
The parking space is just off the middle ring road and so is a small distance inside the Clean Air Zone. If your petrol car is newer than 20 years old you would probably be exempt but worth checking online to be sure. Diesel cars newer than 10 years old also should be CAZ compliant.
