When we arrived we were told there was another car also booked but the drive was only big enough for 1 car so I had to park in the road which would have been free to park so it was a waste of time making the booking.

Easy to find and park. Friendly owner came to the door to greet us and even offered us a drink. Short walk to Egbaston Stadium through the park. No problem leaving at the end of the day.
