Beware the road closures for villa park - and the traffic when leaving. On flip side - really near to Villa Park and very polite people working there and felt really safe.

This is a great position to park 10min walk, but downside is post match traffic was gridlocked. The guys who organise the parking were very switched on, deserve praise, excellent, very helpful & friendly.
