Although the parking space fit my vehicle in, it was extremely tight. If you use this space, I highly recommend turning around and reversing into the space.
Communication with the owner of the space was excellent and helped us with getting through the gates.

Once booked, the communication is excellent. Found the entrance gate and called the space owner who opened the gate remotely and guided me to the space. It's a very secure spot. Perfect for our visit to Symphony Hall and I will definitely use again if visiting Birmingham centre.
