Location great for the Symphony Hall, Broad Street and Brindley Place area. Staff super friendly and helpful. Only gripe is a large car is VERY snug to get round the bends when entering and exiting and very high curbs if you misjudge - as I found out. But if you drive better than me and in a smaller car no problem. A great find for convenient affordable parking in this area...

Code did not work so used entrance button on app to enter. This was not working when we tried to enter later to get the car but someone else raised the barrier.
it was a safe place to leave the car.

Stressful and confusing. I was late back because dinner overran and the code didn't work, no communication what to do next. I tried the website, no extensions. I tried the app and couldn't log in. In the end we found out a space after the email was blocking it. Private parking companies are a toxin in this country.
