Stressful and confusing. I was late back because dinner overran and the code didn't work, no communication what to do next. I tried the website, no extensions. I tried the app and couldn't log in. In the end we found out a space after the email was blocking it. Private parking companies are a toxin in this country.

The car park was very secure and had plenty of room. Decent price for such a good place.

I would highly recommend using this carpark, I used it for the first time when I attended a concert at the utilita arena on the 01/10/2026. Myself and my husband were very impressed and this is a very secure carpark with shutters. The instructions are easy to follow and I would advise to download the JustPark app as it makes it easy to open the shutter whilst you are in the car otherwise you have to get out the car to enter the pin. Even entering the pin on the keypad was so easy and you use this pin to get in and out the carpark even when you are using the pedestrian entrance. The price is reasonable compared to other car parks near Brindley place, the location is good too and central so whether you are going to eat somewhere on Board street or Brindley place it is a very short walk. I will be definately using this carpark again.

The instructions for accessing the parking are sent by email. However, if you arrive 10 minutes before your booking time, you must wait outside. If there is nowhere to park, it causes problems for the driver. You have to download the app to be able to access the car park, which, if you are not aware of it in advance, is really inconvenient.
