Parking on Church Lane, B6

I was led to believe I would be the only occupant on the drive when in reality there were 4 cars sandwiched in. Furst i got asked to go back to the car 30 mons after we had left it to move it then I was blocked in so had to wait an hour before leaving.

When booking there is no reference to the fact that 4 cars will be parking on the drive meaning if you arrive first you will be blocked in . We were in this position and we’re stuck for nearly one hour last night having traveled up for the Tottenham match . A real shame because it was safe , easy to find and a great location for Villa park . I would not use this space again and would not recommend it

The is no drop kerb to enter the drive way and there is damage to the drive way so low cars will struggle and may get damaged. Clear marks on concrete from previous vehicles. We parked then got a text from the home owner to ask why we hadn't parked further forward as he had multiple bookings for the same drive that night. If we had done this we would have been blocked in and unable to exit when we wanted to. There was no instructions to park in any particular location on the drive (like other places we have used) nor should we need to be blocked in. Use this location with care.
