Please liaise with owner on arrival to make sure you park in correct position so not to block rest of the spaces

At the beginning the owner changed the parking place on someone else's property driveway that didn't have a dropped kerb in front of it, so when we came back to collect the car someone blocked the driveway. Called the owner asked for help, the answer was that is not his problem... Very disrespectful.
