The carpark was right next to the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel. I also used JustPark last year and parked in the Novotel Hotel

Booking online was easy, I was a little nervous before arriving at the car park but the barrier immediately lifted without needing to press anything and let us in. Very close, walking distance to the travelodge nearby and symphony hall Birmingham which was the purpose of my stay. No issues at all

Took over an hour to get out of the car park. I bought an extra hour car park in case the gate wouldn’t open as I’d overstayed. Turns out I didn’t need to. The man at the barrier said they were faulty. Over paid/ overstayed/ under delivered

I paid for parking via the just park app and upon arriving at the carpark barrier, the barrier did not rise as indicated so I had to request a parking ticket and pay for this at the end of my visit.
I will be requesting a refund of the initial booking I made via the app.
