When we arrived, the barrier did not recognise our car, despite confirmation email and text saying to arrive after a certain time- had to get a ticket and ultimately had to pay again for the use of the car park!! Would not use this again!
Turned out to be futile booking before and instead easier just to pay on the day

Got there ( pre- booked on app), and the barrier did not open, so ended up having to get a ticket and paying to get out. Tried to find an attendant but office was closed and know one about.
