Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham Car Park

Can be tight going in and out for large SUV's. Good lighting inside. No lift to reception, if staying at hotel, but space outside hotel to unload if with someone. Key pad in and out and it says they have vehicle registration, which I hope they have as a workman let me out when leaving. Easy to extend hours if there is space. Would use again.

Easy to book, but not clear on adding times, so ended up paying twice so I could exit the carpark. I would have thought a day would be 24hrs, but apparently note. So check the entry and EXIT times when you use the app to book.

Parking at the Hilton Garden Birmingham's underground car park was easy to find and stress free.

Very tight entrance and not easy to find. Should have said it's under the hotel!

Car park at the Hilton hotel Birmingham was horrendous. To say the entrance & exit was tight is an understatement. I have come away with damage to my vehicle. There was no prior warning about this until we arrived on the site. It very happy.

Great safe/sucure parking at the hotel

The car park is very tight for larger vehicles, especially when exiting.

Tricky to find but photo helped a lot. Very convenient for central Birmingham.

Shame there’s no lifts but it’s extremely convenient to be so close to hotel.

Safe and secure parking but the entrance and exit were so narrow it was tricky and stressful to get in and out. I met another car coming the other way and we both had to move in and out of spaces to allow us to pass. Next time I will use Q park which is next door.
