Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham Car Park

Access code didn’t work so had to call customer service and that took 20 minutes and eventually got access only to find it extremely difficult to park and exit with a regular saloon car.

Not a lot of room for a large car ! Had trouble getting in & out of car park because pin didn’t work on app or on key pad in the park

PIN number would not work when we arrived and the emergency number would not work either so we had to ring for assistance to open barriers and when we were leaving the same thing happened was not very impressed also the exit was very tight to come out would not be booking again

After paying to park at just Park in the Hilton inn Birmingham, the code I was sent wouldn't work and neither did the emergency code. As it was the weekend when I called the emergency line there was no assistance available. Over priced and terrible customer service

There were no clear directions to the hidden entrance on site. Ended up paying to park at Q-Park in the end.

Car park not fit for purpose to tight. Staff constantly leaving blue trollies out. Having to manoeuvre not to hit them to the point scraped the side of my car trying to get out due to insufficient safe to reverse. Think car park should he rebuilt or closed down.

I read numerous reviews on Google saying the code you need to access the carpark doesn't work - we stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn, Brindley place, Birmingham. The code did not work for us either, fortunately there was a staff member available to check our booking and provide access to the carpark as well as a code to exit the next day. I'm not sure what's going on, but I suggest Just park get this sorted as it will put people off using the carpark in the future; particularly when there is a Q Park next door....

Absolutely worst car park. Under hotel with very tight entry/exit (badly designed); impossible to position to put in pin code; hotel confirmed that no guests use it because of all these reasons and its cheaper to go elsewhere (telling us this after we've parked/paid extortionate amount of course). Exit was the worst as hotel staff pile up the laundry carts near the exit so if it isnt tight enough to get out (ie you have to do about 5 manouevres to position your car to drive out) then we had to get out and push these heavy carts out of the way to make room.

Extremely disappointed. My wife and daughter went to the car park, but the gate didn’t open. I had prepaid £49, and after 6 pm there was no one available to help. She had to find another parking space in busy Birmingham. I will never use them again. I have all the photos my wife took while trying to get in.

Very clear instructions to find and access the parking. Receipt available instantly. It felt secure although the barrier was up both on arrival and departure Parking is tight and not helped by building works and laundry trollies so not suitable for larger vehicles.
