Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham Car Park

Too difficult to get in, so went and parked in an alternative car park

Very expensive, required sign up to a website which didn't work, needed to call customer support to get into the car park. Customer support were reasonably efficient, but it was lucky there wasn't anyone waiting being me to get in.

Great price for parking in the middle of a city. Instructions and a street photo with a ‘what three words’ location was spot on.

Code did not work

Excellent location for Utilita Arena. 500m walk. Car park was clean and secure.

Terrible problem to access. Neither the open door link or the code you sent worked. I eventually used the emergency code to both get in and out. Not impressed and won’t use the hotel again because of the parking problem

DO NOT USE THIS CAR PARK!!!! Unless you drive a Ford KA or Fiat 500, I would not recommend you use this car park. It is the tightest car park ever. I booked a space but there were non available when I arrived. It transpired that hotel staff were using the spaces and one of them came to move their car, which was lucky because there is no way I could have turned my car around. When I left the car park, it was impossible to get the car out of the exit ramp and I did £250 worth of damage to the car because it got wedged on the ramp. This should not be a car park and I wish I had booked the Q Park next door. Please don't make the same mistake.
