PIN code didn’t work App button didn’t work

No instructions how to enter or exit with with repaid booking so had to pay again?

The code never works. We always end up using the emergency code.

Very tight exit which was made all the tighter by someone leaving stacks of crates in the way.

Easy to follow instructions and direction and value for money

The codes you sent didn’t work initially Then found another code/ pin for access eventually the 4th number worked !.

Easy to find with the what three words link and photographs, would be really nice if the barrier opened with the app or website instead of us having to sit there for ages trying to get the emergency pin to work and this wasn’t just us we spoke to a few people who had exactly the same problem. Would also be nice if the tightness of the car park was explained because had I been driving and not my husband I would have wasted £30 because there’s no way I would have attempted driving into it let alone park my car and each person we spoke to said the same thing, thank god for sensors was most people’s response!!!! On exiting the car park to help most people it would be nice if the blue wheelie bins were moved as that didn’t help space wise!!! Even the receptionist said she won’t park there but enjoys watching people on the camera manoeuvring their cars!

The app does not work to get in or out, directions to the parking Not easy .

The barrier didn't take my code or emergency code, I had to call in. this is not a good customer experience being trapper in a car park and hoping somebody will pick up the phone!
