Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham Car Park

Space was sufficient but quite close to pillars making the opening of back doors a bit tight so had to drive car forward to take out stuff in back and then reverse back to park. If a car was next to me, this could have been tricky! Otherwise safe space. Other issue was no lift so had to drag luggage upstairs which is not convenient if your hands are full or disability friendly at all!

Car park worked for me - a little tight on entry and exit but space was very good.Trying to exit the car park was very difficult - could not get gate open to exit via app or keypad so had to call helpline but no phone signal ! It was eventually sorted remotely but must be an easier solution

It was a nightmare trying to park our car.... it was even worse trying to get out of the underground parking and at one point thought we would have to scratch the car to get out... luckily my partner is an excellent driver and has had plenty of practice with parking... However, if it had been a driver with less experience I think they would still be struggling to get out....on a positive it was easy to find ( with the help of the arrow) and felt very secure....We are coming back to the same hotel 8n June bit have decided to travel by train.

We have been to this car park before so we were aware of its location. However I remember our first time and did find it difficult to find. There is a small direction arrow in place now. Also you can contact the hotel for directions which is what we did for our first time. Once there the car park is very secure and with an internal access to the hotel reception. Each time we stay at the hilton we use this facility.

The entry/exit code should be sent in the form of a message or text. I had a problem exiting after I forgot the code, but after trying a few combinations of what I could recall of the code, luckily, it worked. There should also be a support number available in case this occurs to a driver.

Seemed a good idea to prebook with the app but would have been easier to drive straight to the carpark, too many instructions and directions to follow and then I was unable to exit the carpark as I had no “apparently” paid bit of a joke really !

Easy to book & parking was straightforward.

Fabulous car park, and the way access and exit is managed is great

Parking was safe and secure. Just very tight!
