The Wharf, Birmingham Car Park

Brilliant location but not signposted very well at all when you arrive . Shoold read spaces allocated for private online parking or something - we were late for our gig because we spent 30 mins trying to work out which spaces - even though there was “ info “ sent on the app ( wasnt clear enough )

The parking spaces don't exist. They're all private. It's a scam, the listing is highly unclear but all the spaces pictured are not available to park in - most of them belong to the Pakistani consulate. The positive reviews I would assume were put there by the listing owners. If it was simply a matter of confusion they'd have updated the listing to show where you're actually allowed to park given the 1* reviews. Also Just park are trying to give me my refund as credits with them which is completely unsatisfactory since the service sold was basically fraudulent. Edit - I see Just park have replied saying there are no similar comments under the listing which is utterly untrue! There are people saying they got fined because they had no idea where to park and giving it one star. And yet the listing hasn't been updated to actually show where to park (except for the picture of the Pakistani consulate spaces, where you definitely cannot park).

Easy to park. Good location. Google maps found it a little bit difficult to pin point the final destination for some reason. Would use again if we had the van.

Plenty of spaces but the instructions were to not park in bays 1 to 12 but bays are not clearly marked. But would definitely use again.

The description of where to park, not in bays 1-12, within a car park with multiple warning signs, and illegible bay markings, was inadequate. I thought some of the negative reviews, complaining of getting fined, were exaggerated- but now I realise they weren’t.

Parking was next to Premier Inn Bridge Street, where we were staying. It was also within walking distance of the ICC . It was easy to book the parking but directions to actual parking space could do with being a bit clearer.

Booked this car park (Ref #106665194) for a valid, paid session on 12/06/2026. The listing gives no clear guidance on where to actually park within the site, and no bay-specific directions distinguishing bookable spaces from private ones. I ended up parked in a permit-holder-only bay by mistake and was issued a £100 Parking Charge Notice by the on-site enforcement company, despite having a fully valid, paid JustPark booking covering that exact time. The signage marking the restricted bay is small, set back, and easy to miss when arriving. Other reviewers have flagged the same problem, one from 19/06/2026 describes identical confusion with no visible signage and unhelpful What3Words directions. This isn’t a one-off; it’s a recurring issue with this listing that JustPark should fix by adding clear bay-by-bay guidance, ideally with a photo or map showing exactly which spaces are safe to use. Would not book here again without clearer instructions.

Wouldn't recommend parking here, parking wardens are out to make some money giving out fines and then claiming I didn't have a permit when I wasn't given one

Parking:The Wharf Bridge Street Birmingham Perfectly located for access to Broad Street (Sea Life;ICC) end. Booking email gave exact location via ‘What3words’ this wasn’t helpful ..stating 6mins away from location? There isn’t any signage that myself or several other customers could see? A simple sign would have saved several minutes attempting to verify in the correct place?
