This meet and greet takes the effort out of airport parking. A Maple Parking driver meets you at Birmingham Airport's Valet Parking area, takes your keys and handles everything from there. You're in the terminal in minutes, with no shuttle bus, no long walks and no stress. Your car stays in a monitored, secure car park while you're away – and it'll be back with you as soon as you land.
Need to know
Get in touch with the the car park team around 20 minutes before you arrive. When you reach the airport, head to the Valet Parking car park and collect a ticket from the barrier.
Your driver will be there to meet you, carrying ID. Hand over your keys and head straight to the terminal – it's a 2-minute walk. Your car is then driven to a secured car park less than 4 miles away.
When you land, make your way back to the Valet Parking car park. Your driver will be there with your car, along with a ticket so you can exit without paying.

Accessibility
As there's no shuttle bus, this service works well for customers with limited mobility. There are 3 accessible parking bays available on a first come, first served basis.

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day, which is subject to change.
Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles or vehicles with 8 or more seats) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).
Got a larger vehicle? Choose the Maple Parking Larger Vehicle package for anything over 5m long (up to 7.5m), wider than 1.9m (up to 2.8m), and up to 3m high – including roofboxes. As long as it's under 3.5 tonnes, has 8 seats or fewer, and isn't towing, it's the perfect match.
Due to time restrictions in the car park you must be at the collection point within 10 minutes of your call, or you may incur additional charges.

It’s great using the valet service as the drop off point is only a few minutes walk to the terminal. Similarly on our return the car was there waiting for us. No lengthy walks or bus rides. Yes it costs a bit more but it’s worth it. Booking online was easy as have used the service before at Birmingham Airport

I do not recommend this parking service. When I collected my car, I found that the ashtray had been broken. Around £5 in coins and a shopping trolley token were also missing from the centre armrest. On top of that, I was charged an extra £40 in cash without being given any receipt or proof of payment. I reported the incident, but I have still not received a satisfactory response. Very disappointing experience. I would advise others to avoid this parking service.

We were able to leave the car without any delays, and it was waiting for us by the time we walked from arrivals to the valet car park. It had only been driven 4 miles, and was clean and undamaged. This was all good, given the bad experience some people have reported with other Meet and Greet services
