Space occupied voicemail ignored had to park elsewhere - expect a refund

Dreadful. I turned up this evening to find the space occupied and another care blocking the drive anyway. Furthermore when I rang the number for assistance there was no answer. I asked a neighbour at number 3 to make sure I had the right address. I did. In the end I had to park elsewhere, risking a ticket, and was 10 minutes late for my event. Absolute appalling all things considered. There is no reason at all to recommend this parking space. Book somewhere else.

Space easy to find, Car was parked over drive, but Sameena answered her phone straight away and moved her vehicle. Very helpful & friendly. Quick walk to Villa Park and fast & easy access straight back onto the M6, would definitely recommend use again.

Could not park on drive or outside because of car blocking drive thanks to the lady next door who let me use her drive .would not use again.

I was unable to park at no.9 as the gates were closed and there was a car parked in the Close across the access. I tried to ring Sameena on the mobile but no answer. I rang the door bell and even though there appeared to be someone at home there was no answer so parked in the road. I took photos and can send them to you. Refund!!

Found the place easily. Well within walking distance to Villa Park. Had to knock on the door as the driveway was blocked but once car was moved and gate opened there were no problems. Thank you for the use of the parking space
