How our drivers felt about this space
Safe parking space in a quiet residential area, a 25-30 minute walk to Villa Park. Spacious and easy to find with quick access to main roads. Highly recommended for events.

Very helpful owner, easy to find. Thank you

Parked here for match at Villa Park. Good 30 min walk so you are a reasonable distance from where most people will park but means you get away easily when heading north.
Nice road and felt safe leaving the car.

Very safe space in quiet residential area. Good communication from friendly space owner. Around 25 minute walk from Villa Park but worth it for safety and security rather than roadside parking. On the M6 within 10 minutes. Recommended. Would use again.

Parking spot is in a nice residential area of Perry Barr. We used this spot to see a gig at Villa Park. If you don't mind the 30 minute walk, this spot is perfect.
Robert P27th June 2024
Brilliant parking space. It's big enough for my Honda Civic and easy to find. Not too far from local venues. We walked to Villa Park and back from here for a concert, and it worked well to get in and out past all of the traffic around the local area.
Thank you for this safe parking space. If I visit the area again for an event, I would use this space again if it is available.
