arrived late due to traffic . guy wad waiting with the key . followed him to gated parking spot . kindly directed us to the Arena which turned out a 10 min walk along the canal . great service

Great, secure parking space with a lovely host who even drove us close to the arena. Completely missed the traffic at the end of a concert too. Would book again!

This was a very good idea to park for the Birmingham NIA and very easy to use, the shop people were very nice and it beats queuing to get out with all the other cars after a show. I recommend this service.
