All good to the point I needed to leave the car park. There is an exit code on that car park and you should include it in the booking details.
I had expected ANPR to control the exit but sadly that is not the case.

Parking was easy and fine, but to leave the car park a code was needed and we weren't told.
The staff at the hotel were lovely, but it was midnight and it would have been good to know either the code or that we needed one earlier.
