Paying and signing into the app was a nightmare. I had to add Touch ID to my phone because I couldn't see a way to enter my card details. Also, it is unacceptable to make the extras (text reminder and something else I can't remember) opt out. It is very sneaky and they should be opt-in. Also, to offer the insurance. I'm paying you for the car park space. I expect a certain level of care in return for my money, e.g cctv. You shouldn't be asking me to add insurance. There are no other options for parking at the university so I had to use your ridiculous system. Thank goodness I have a smart phone - there are still some people who don't, and they'd be fined. Also, I can't imagine being an older person and having to navigate the ridiculous booking system.

just park is a horrible app, which always thinks it knows better. stuck in a doom loop of log in and password resets, I try to avoid anywhere that uses it and relies on Stalinist camera surveillance for enforcement

couldn't get back in my car after someone parked too close to drivers side door - I only have a Nissan micra and my car isn't that big

Parking is ridiculous- whole car parks empty for permit holders only amd no signs to show where non permit holders can park.

using the app was very difficult, then made a call, wasn't sure if had gone through sent Number plate -Several text - messages- wasn't clear, if parking space had even booked. Payment was deducted. FY17 SXL. Found very confusing.

Hi. My experience was not a good one. I paid my parking by txt only to find on my return a parking charge penalty notice fine attached to my car windshield. A txt message from Just Park reported technical issues. I contacted Just Park who couldn't help and referred me to FP
