it wasn't possible to book a legitimate 1.5 hour parking slot, the options went up in hour slots instead of half hours

Very busy carpark, thought I was going to have to cancel my prepaid swim and try to get a refund as all 3 pay and display carparks we're full with a number of hopefuls cruising looking for spaces. luckily revisiting the sites in turn paid off and I found someone just leaving as I was about to go home

The sign near the space only has half of the info I need to make a payment. I was stressed out trying to get the app work when the signal is rubbish. It took me a while to find a sign with full info. I tried to park with text but it didn't work.
I tired to follow the text instruction and called the number but that also didn't work.
I have to called the number on the sign eventually and by the time I finished making a paymentz that was over 20 mins.
Please make sure all the sign have full information
